At Umcyard, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you're not 100% satisfied with the solar-powered garden lights you received, we gladly accept returns within 30 natural days of receipt for most items in new and unused condition.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our team through our website or email, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: After we provide return instructions, carefully package the item(s) with the original packaging and accessories.
  3. Ship the Package: Drop off your package at your local post office or shipping provider.
  4. Refund Processing: Most returns are processed within 5 natural days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your original payment method.

Return & Exchange Conditions

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we apologize if it doesn’t meet your expectations. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 natural days of receipt.
  2. All solar-powered garden lights must be in the same condition as received—unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
  4. Customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

Note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Free shipping promotions are void if the order is returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Damage or loss caused by the customer.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or free gifts.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.

Please double-check your return before shipping. We are not responsible for non-Umcyard products sent to us by mistake.

Return Address

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team. You will receive a response with the return address and further instructions.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  1. Send a photo of the product(s) you received along with your return request to service@umcyard.com.
  2. Return the item to the provided address within 10 natural days and share the tracking number with us.
  3. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refund & Exchange Details

For Issues Caused by Umcyard:

  • Refund: 100% of the total order amount, including return shipping fees covered by Umcyard.
  • Exchange: Return shipping and re-shipment fees covered by Umcyard.

For Issues Caused by the Customer:

  • Refund: 100% of the product amount (excluding shipping fees). Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Exchange: Return shipping and re-shipment fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 natural days.

If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, reach out to us at service@umcyard.com.
